A Floral Symphony

What a pity flowers can utter no sound! —A singing rose, a whispering violet, a murmuring honeysuckle… on, what a rare and exquisite miracle would these be!

One last floral symphony before the blooms are gone with the wind and burned by the frost.

One might think that in the next life, once wholeness is returned to the symphony, they will.

  2. Exquisite beauty in each photo. So enjoyable and so healing, reminding us to pause, to divert our minds from the horror of the human moral depravity that is grossly and incessantly displayed through our senses in all facets of this year’s electioneering circus that pervades all media and seems to be never-ending, inescapable.

These photos shout to us, reminding us of the varied beauty and creativity of the Master Gardner’s sublime gifts to us, given to bring a measure of beauty to our lives and to remind us that, even in seemingly ‘little things,’ He strives to show us His love. Like the human soul in all of its mystery, the beauty and uniqueness of each stunning flower shown here requires that we pause for silent contemplation and prayer that our Creator-God’s blessings and peace wash over our souls and our minds and give us hope in these times of painful indecision, turmoil ,and emotional suffering.

Thank you, Emily. Your combined gifts have once again spoken to our souls.
